The researchers area trying to determine the best method to hit two birds with one stone in their novel approach to get the patient’s teeth healthy and to get them diagnosed for a disease they may not even know they had.
They can opt for simple blood tests or protein tests that are somewhat similar to pregnancy tests that use isolated and chemically treated strips of material that change color in the presence of abnormally high blood sugar levels. This would give the patient the best possible diagnostic tool to determine the existence of the disease should it be present allowing better treatment and care.

The worst thing that could happen would be whitish bands that form on the teeth as they form which is more of a cosmetic issue that a health risk.

Flourosis as it is called is a health issue associated with the ingestion of large amounts of fluoride but as it is, no severe cases have been found so far and only mild cases that tend to rectify themselves as kids grow are most prevalent.

The duration of the orthodontic treatment for a patient is largely dependent on a number of factors.
One of the factors that play a role in the duration of orthodontic treatment is age. The younger the patient is, the more quickly they will respond to the treatment. Mainly because their bones, at this stage are still not as hard as adult bones. This means the bones will react to the treatment more quickly. Of course, faithful implementation of the treatment is also crucial and in this regard children may not be as diligent as adults when it comes to following instructions.

The said protein, used as a coating on the dental implant would encourage the growth of bones onto the implant which is more or less 50/50 on the success scale. These odds lessen if the bone structure is too thin for the implant to successfully integrate thus leading to failure.
Introducing the bone growth protein would greatly impact the realm of dental impacts one that is so dependent on the growth of bone onto the said appliance.

The first step in taking dental braces is visiting an orthodontist. Maybe you ask, ?What usually happens during an initial orthodontic exam??. Only the orthodontist can give you the right answers to your dental questions.

For an orthodontist to identify the specific needs of the patient, he/she must evaluate your mouth completely. The evaluation includes the impression of your teeth and models will be created. These are useful for your orthodontist and will remind you how your teeth exactly looked like before the correction. Images of your face, smile and teeth is also needed. You will also need X-rays of the head and teeth and you must bring with you your present medical/dental health
